The steaks are only the finest quality aged western beef, cut on the premises daily. Choose from Filet Mignon, NY Strip, T Bone, and Ribeyes, all charbroiled to perfection. In addition, prime rib, lobster tails, fresh fish and chicken entrees compliment the menu nightly. A varied children's menu is also available.

The Ranch House tempts you to cry over the Homemade Sauce that sets the shrimp cocktail a blaze! It's the Hottest sauce this side of…well anywhere! The hand cut fresh onion rings and homemade salad dressings (the blue cheese is a must try).
