Timely Access
Our computer program allows us to locate and retrieve your carton or file from our warehouse within minutes. Even on a busy day your file is ready for your pick-up or our fax service within half of a business day. Immediate attention is given to doctors' emergency calls. Pick-up and delivery service time for offices located within a 30-mile radius of File Savers are same day if called before noon or next day if called after noon for existing customers. Initial orders of ten cartons or more or new customers can be picked up within a week (7 business days).
Fax Service
File Savers offers fax service to save you both time and money. Many of our customers will have us fax them a few pages from a file and hold the file for their pick-up at a later time.
Data Destruction Services
With your written authorization to do so, File Savers will destroy your records and provide you with certification of destruction. While shredding documents is certainly an option for small quantities of files, File Savers most often uses incineration as its destruction method. Incineration is efficient, complete and effective for all types of data destruction.
Packing and Inventory Service
Should you be really crunched for time, consider having File Savers pack those files from your file cabinets into cartons for you. Our inventory lists the contents of each carton exactly as you have labeled it or instructed our packers to label it.
