 Our
stable thirty-foot pontoon cruiser can carry up to eighteen persons
and is Coast Guard certified, with bathroom facilities, cover for
shade, and cushioned seating. The captain is Coast Guard licensed
and both captain and crew have significant water safety and first
aid/CPR training. They have spent years on the local waters and
are able to provide detailed information about the wildlife, ecology,
and history of the area. We belong to the Passenger Vessel Association, Sierra Club, and the Chamber of Commerce; plus, we are volunteers with the S.C. Dept. of Natural Resources and the Charleston County Park and Recreation Commission. Outdoor Discovery Tours, Inc. provides services and a percentage of their profits to the Ronald McDonald House to benefit children with illness and their families. |
